Great local Arvest branch! Always fast and friendly
Totally unacceptable waited in the drive thru for 20 mins then get to the window needed to be put on my mother and fathers account so their bills can be paid when I get to the window I was told that they are now closed and they took all 3 IDs of ours and was told to pull around to the front and would have to wait 15 mins and they would bring the forms out to sign the lady came out and was very unprofessional and said sorry we shut our system down have to come back on Monday. My Mother and father have stated they will probably close there accounts out and open a account at my bank Armstrong bank in checotah they acted like they didn't want to help us because they wanted to go home i think thats Bad for business and will tell others about our experience.
On hold for 30 minutes, spoke with a representative for 1 minute never had a problem paying loan before until now.
Arvest has great hours, friendly knowledgeable staff willing to help and the best popcorn.
Most inconvenient bank ever. Tryed to cash a check and they tell me I can't cash the check because I have to go inside not drive thru. Because I'm not an account holder. And for that reason I never will be here. Y'all suck
