I have always liked this place. They have a very good setup for car inspections and the staff is usually friendly. Haven't been there since the pandemic hit and was sad to see that NO ONE WORE MASKS!!!! Not in the retail area (where they sell masks) nor in the garage/shop. Vendors making deliveries also wore NO MASKS. Chelmsford is a red zone town...very disappointed.

Don't go to get an alignment to this place they will over charge you and not do a good job there lucky they got on star cause I give then 00000 stars - 10

The manager/owner is very rude. Does not know how to speak with the customers. Not going again

Pulled in with a flat tire, the place was busy, immediate service and the price of the repair was very reasonable!
