U-Haul moving was made simple, they are inside West point self storage itself. Came in, easily rented a van, And I was out the door to move on with business. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, as well as his cat laying on the counter ud83dude02

By far the worst treatment I have ever had I make a reservation for a uhaul ahead of time of course my card works to reserve truck but show up to deal with guy who either hates color of my skin or just terrible customer service skills because my valid California Driver license was not good enough for him and he asked me to leave his store with out giving me proper reason other then my driver license won’t work for him and pointed at the wall said this my store I can refuse business to anyone too funny
Chip has AMAZING customer service! Facility is very nice and clean. Great priced also.
