Debbie and Joy are the ones you'll meet in the office and they made sure to make me feel welcome and engaged. I needed space for a non-profit to store supplies and they were quick to explain how everything works (never had storage before) and even walked me to a unit to show the size plus another to see the difference. The customer service given was exceptional and I felt valued for just being there. I passed over a closer facility because the grounds were kept nicely and things look very secure. I'm happy to be a customer and will direct anyone else to their facility.

I Love Extra space storage. I have been a customer about a year now and Through all the hard times and changes in the world Joi and Debbie they are awesome and Understanding really show compassion. Their always on top of everything they call and give you prompt and courteous updates, property is always clean and well protected, always give up to date information on your account they have kept me informed of any changes and all they are The greatest. If I could rate them a thousand I would this is an awesome storage and location to be a part of High Five My Home storage team your the Greatest.

I needed a storage facility, so I stopped by to check out Extra Space Storage on the corner of MacArthur and Britton. The lady behind the desk was super friendly, and she spent time going over my needs and showing me what they had available. A couple days later, a unit opened up that exactly matched what I was looking for, so she called me and let me know. I called back, and eventually we got everything set up. Since then I've been to the unit a few times, and I couldn't be happier. It's a great storage facility staffed by nice people, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Super friendly staff and very clean facility! The manger Joy was very helpful informative about the units and prices. Best storage company out there!
