Definitely recommend!! Customer service has been incredible since day one. It’s so easy to get information and to get a hold of the office manager. Connie was easy to work with and has great customer service.
I had a great experience, and will definitely use them again. Connie, the onsite manager was very helpful. She explained everything, and was able to answer all of my questions. The unit was clean and kept my items dry throughout my storage duration.
Used a unit for just shy of two months to help with moving from one city to another. The smoothest and easiest transition bc of this place! Not only was it affordable and clean, Connie the manager was a gem!! Helpful in every way possible and easily accessible when needed! When anyone asks about a good storage place I always refer this one!
New management for a year now and she has turned this into a wonderful storage company. She was extremely friendly from start to finish. She answered all questions with confidence. I could tell she enjoyed what she does and she made me comfortable doing business with her. Also, the unit was clean. Well deserving of five stars. Highly recommend this location. I've been renting a storage unit for 6 months and this is a highly safe and reliable storage company.
