Phong is the man! Our four children (ages 7, 7, 11, 13) do CrossFit Kids there and it is amazing. I'm a pediatrician and can say that the way he goes about training kids is well planned, safe, fun, and productive. He's really knowledgeable. The kids definitely work up a sweat! They get great physical literacy skills that I wish I would have had as a kid. I highly recommend this program.
This is my box been going for 3 years now absolutely love it. The owners treat you like family.
So I just got done with my 3 day trial. Great gym with an amazing environment. Everyone is friendly, helpful and inviting. I'm excited to get signed up and get after it.
I love this place. A very friendly, and family friendly environment. Exciting routines that challenge you at any level of fitness with trainers who can help with recommendations for form, scaled movements, motivation, dietary recommendations, and the works. Great gym.
This gym is amazing. The trainer's are very patient and work well with everyone. They do not judge. It is a family mentality there. When I first started I could not even run 200 feet and now through progression I ran 7.2 miles 2 weeks ago. This gym has played a large part of me losing 100#'s this year. We bring our children and my wife and I can have a nice intense workout together!
