Definitely not a chain gym. It's nice because there's all sorts of types of lifters and gym goers, from novice to hard core. Everyone just seems to do their own thing. I got told at my last gym that I couldn't use chalk but it's all good here. They have all the equipment you can think of.nn-Raymond McNitt
When coronavirus hit the gyms shut down but Biffs was still charging monthly fees. No email, no phone call, nothing to notify customers on how they will be affected. Have tried calling multiple times with either no answer or no call back. I understand that the virus wasn’t their fault, but I shouldn’t have been paying for a service that I wasn’t receiving. The gym itself was mediocre and not worth the $80/month for a couple. Have not went back and wouldn’t recommend to any of my coworkers, friends or family.
Love this place! From being a member to working there for almost 5 years, the owner takes care of his members and staff like they were members of his family! We remodeled our gym and have added an additional 14,000 square feet to the facility. If you’re looking for a place that’s nonjudgmental, a place to workout that everyone is friendly and helpful, and a place with amazing staff members, Biff’s Fitness and Biff’s CrossFit is your the place to be!
Good environment, good price, no complaints. I was just looking for any 24/7 gym, very glad I picked this one.
Great staff and clean facility. Best place in Yukon by far.
