I just had the pleasure of driving our new Pacifica back home twelve hours away - Mike was our point of contact, who assured me from afar that the vehicle would be ready for me and free of any defects when I arrived from out of town. While we were there, Cody helped us with the paperwork, and Robert took care of the cash deal. We couldn't be more pleased....amazing price, a fully detailed car to look like new with carpets fresh, and great customer service. I would return to these professionals in a heartbeat!
We came on rainy Memorial Day, and Mike Mock was courteous and helpful. We returned on Wednesday and closed the deal with manager Robert Johnson, who made the buying process painless. We got a great deal on a Chrysler Pacifica with low mileage and we are in love with our “new-to-us” minivan. Thanks for the excellent service and price!
*Up date: 7/11/2020 it has been 2 months and counting and Hertz still will not pay off my CAR LOAN. THEY WILL NOT CONTACT ME OR GIVE ME AN ANSWER! Is this how you treat a customer? Seems consistent with all the BBB complaints. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!nnI have an active complaint with the BBB and I will post this review on all the hertz dealership until this is resolved.nn** I want my outstanding car loan paid off plus reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars of interest iv been forced to pay.
I bought a Malibu from Brent over 6 months ago. Best decision I ever made! Car was in great shape and the staff was awesome. Great prices too.
We purchased a car today for our daughter. Mike Mock was our salesman and he was great. He made the process very easy. He didn’t pressure us at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Dewayne made the financing easy and didn’t pressure us either. From start to finish this was the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had.
