Went to Charleston's recently after seeing reviews on their chicken fried steak. Walked in the front door and stood at the hostess desk for several minutes while 3 very young ladies, all after seeing me enter the establishment, decided if I was worthy of acknowledgement of any kind. Once the lack of acknowledgement became awkward I was directed to the bar to place my to go order. Once at the bar the young lady behind the bar was fantastic in taking my order and checking on me. I wish I knew her name but no such luck. BTW the chicken fried steak was okay. Good breading but the steak itself was a little tough for my liking. Oh well....

Excellent service! Waiter's were all very attentive. Steak was a little dry, red dish was delicious. Highly recommend the pineapple upside down cake.nA bit pricey, but with it.

Evan Z along with the food at the Memorial location made our experience great!! He suggested the special when we sat at the table and my husband thought it was SO GOOD! We had every need met! What a great meal and service!! Keep doing your thing Charleston’s and Evan Z!!nnThe only thing I would change about my experience were the chips. We ordered spinach artichoke dip which was also great except the chips weren’t my fav.. they were homemade you could tell. Something just wasn’t right. Other than that, 5 stars!!

Everything about this place is great. Even during busy times the service was impeccable. Two of our filets came out differently than ordered and they fixed it immediately. Communication was clear between staff serving us. Definitely order the honey croissants. And the carrot cake is to die for. Easily the best carrot cake I've ever had.
