This was my first time visiting this brand and location. Store was clean. Steady traffic. Ordering was easy. Customer service was okay. My wrap came out fast however my smoothie took some time. It actually turned out that it had not been made. Right around the time I was about to I quite about it, the barista noticed I was still waiting and asked if I was waiting for a smoothie. She immediately made it.
Food is good most of the time. Also most of the time you get an attitude from at least one worker. Always a snide remark or an issue. I haven’t visited this location in at least a year and I see they are still consistent on that level.
Normally this place is exceptional. However, lately I feel like I’m playing roulette with all my orders. I just kind of assume my smoothie/ food will be messed up in some way. (Just picked up a strawberry/banana smoothie up and I’m almost 100% sure there’s no strawberries in this lol)nI can actually deal with that. I’m not one to complain. But secondly is the time. The girl at the front counter taking my order was very polite! She asked for my smoothie order firat so it could get made while I decided in my food. I got the Chicken Pesto flatbread, and it was very cheesy and cooked perfectly! Very pleased!!!
Wasn't great 1st time. Smoothie watered down, almost flavorless. Will give them another chance soon. I miss our Jamba Juice place.
