It was great service food and ice cream is very tasty.nnBut the service people need to wear a mask.nnMade my company feel unsafe.nnWe was trying to rush and we had our mask on.nnCan do better they need masks so people can be on the same page and feel relaxed.

The food is great and comes out quickly, but the employees should really take a focus on customer service as well! Drive through man yelled at me when taking my order and openly sighs and makes rude comments. This is also the same for some employees inside as well. Please work on customer service and public appearance!

I really like this Braums location due to the employees. There are 2 people in the morning that truly make my mornings a little better, one is a tall gentleman with the Marnie mask and the other, I believe, is one of the management. In the evenings there are 2 lovely ladies in the grocery side that are so amazing and sweet.

This in particular location hast to be one of the worst! This comes from no isolated incident. I've been this Braums a handful of times, and it seems as if it's run by all teenagers without guidance. As they may work, coming in to the store watching the mess of a kitchen, lack of cleanliness, slow to everything, from greeting a customer to regard for any respect and or manners and getting your order to you in any kind of promptness. At one point I had waited almost half an HR for a bag of burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. By the time I left in frustration, I realized the order was wrong. Another time they weren't taking cash, only card, after shopping at their fresh market and ordering dinner for 2! It's just so disappointing because I really dig Braum's and it makes you think... If this is the standards for a location with a fresh market in Yukon. What real standards are there for all the locations???
