Had a wonderful time with our family. It was crowded but thats expected on a Friday night and great food. Kudos to our waiter Jason for making our evening amazing. Very personable and polite. Before our drinks was done he was arriving with new drinks. Brought me fresh coffee. Was making stops by our table just checking on us he never had us waiting for anything. I promise with a big family this dose not happen often. You rock Jason hope your there when we come back.nnStrong Family

I was so excited to go eat here. That excitement went away very quickly. First thing, this place was so packed full of people, that weather you were wearing a mask or not (Alot weren't), they were using full capacity. There were no in between tables. Very disappointing. All tables were close together. Second, My fiance and I both got meatloaf, and a few other things to eat. We both sat down and took a bite of the meatloaf, and it was so greasy that neither of us were going to finish it. My fiance was so queasy about it he didn't eat anything else. I on the other hand tried the pot roast, which was delicious. Unfortunately, there was so many people in here that while standing in line to get a plate I had two juvenile gentleman behind me who thought I couldn't hear them, but clearly heard them discussing stealing my wallet out of my pocket. Clearly they were unsupervised. Lastly, I gave two stars because our waitress was prompt and polite. She is the only reason I gave two stars.nnVery disappointed.. :(

Food was good but service was to be desired. Server had taken fifteen minutes to get me some silverware so my food was cold by the time they came back. Person in charge of the dessert and cereal bar was making cinnamon rolls and pies with no gloves on. Kept walking from the back of the restaurant to the front without ever washing his hands and kept picking his nose and playing with the bananas. Talked to the manager. Said they would make it right for my family the next time we came. Never had their breakfast before. Was pretty happy until I saw what the worker was doing. Will be back but will make sure it's sanitary before I do.

Went in and was asked to wear a mask. I told them that I was not going to and started to walk out the manager stopped me said that he would accommodate us. Just was not able to go to the bar to get my own food. I just wanted to say thank you and to tell you the truth I have never had this type of service before from even a high end restaurant. And are waitress(Angelica)went above and beyond her duties with my son

The service was good but the food could have been a lot better. The fried chicken wasn't completely cooked and had little flavor. French fries and bourbon chicken had way too much salt. After this experience this is one restaurant me and my family will not go back to.
