Reid Diesel does some work for my company at a local business that rents refrigerated trailers from us. We send our own technicians every couple of weeks for routine maintenance, but being 3 hours away, we can't come take care of problems that pop up between our visits. I email Travis and they take care of it right away. It really helps me take good care of my customer having Reid close by and so responsive. And their pricing is very competitive. Don't waste your time going up these goat trails to get to this shop with a truck and trailer. They will tell you one thing over the phone, and try to charge you more when you show up. On top of that, they want to charge $5 for blank checks (EFS, Comdata, etc..) if you don't have one with you.nBad attitude. Arrogance. Don't need that when we drivers have so much other stressful sitations to deal with.
