Asked for someone to come out and check why my engine light was on. The young man hands me the device and proceeds to quickly tell me how to use it. I explained that I really had no idea what to do and he just looked at me. Anyway, I left and drove a minute up the street to O'Reillys who came out to check it for me, explained the code and checked out the issue on my car. O'Reillys employee couldn't believe they just handed me a device. Good customer service goes a long way.

Actually I only give them four stars because they don't carry windshield wiper blade refills. Now that might be something that's not offered any longer because I haven't purchased any in years. I haven't looked on the internet but seems now you have to replace the whole wiper blade assembly just for the blade. Service was quick and an offer was made to put the wiper blades on the car for me and as a woman I always appreciate that.

So far so good.nAlways helpful.clean.well stocked. But finding an associate some times is tough.theres this never never land behind the wall where they disappear to ????? Lala land?

Best experience this morning! The gentleman that helped me quickly located the replacement bulb for my car and was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond, taking the time to replace the bulb for me! Wish I had learned his name—to praise him here! I will be back! Excellent care and customer service! Thank you!
