I'm just amazed how indifferent sales is when it comes to answering over the phone. I'm seriously interested in a bike but the sales team is not seriously interested to sell me the bike. I guess they are being paid a ton of money and don't need commission. Would love to have a job like this.
Should really update your store hours.. drove all the way there for a part i really needed at 1pm on a Sunday to find out It’s closed when online and the sign outside says open until 4pm. Good store. But update your hours, my guyyyy
I bought my motorcycle from these guys. I’ve always brought my motorcycle here for repairs, but the last two times I’ve brought my motorcycle here was awful. I didn’t write a review last time because I never write reviews, but after the last time, I just feel like I have to. Both times I’ve brought my motorcycle here, It took them 2 1/2 months for them to fix it. I understand with coronavirus there would be some delays, but what made me upset is when they told me my bike was pushed back for bigger jobs. I called in mid April for an appointment for May 7th. I just got my bike back today, July 18th. I gave them 2 stars because the people there are actually nice. I just don’t understand who has priority and why not first come first serve.
The staff was excellent. I worked with Eric to buy my first motorcycle. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the bike that was just right for me. The experience was top notch.
Bad experience. I was told that the Four Wheeler with 65 miles was fully serviced. When I received the machine I found that front suspension was junk, the support luggage rack assy was strippedand missing parts that connects to the front bumper, pulled the air filter found a nest with mouse pee everywhere, and a wire to the fuse box was munched on, toolkit they sent with the wrong wrench for shocks. .
