I recently purchased a vehicle from Chelmsford St Auto and worked with Ross. It was a complicated transaction - I was registering the vehicle out of state, and ended up needing to have it shipped from the dealer. Ross was extremely communicative the whole time, and went above and beyond to make it an easy experience, even though it meant extra cleaning, extra time on the lot for the vehicle, and a lot of calls and texts to coordinate everything. Ross also helped us get a backup camera installed before we took possession of the vehicle.nnOverall it was a really great experience, and the patience Ross showed demonstrated the company's commitment to customer experience and doing the right thing. I strongly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle!

“C Street” came up huge with a great Van for the business, quick transaction and hassle free. The quality of the van is basically brand new. I worked with Ross. I would highly recommend doing business with them if possible.

I would give this dealership tens stars if I could! We bought a van from them and worked with Ross for the sale. We were unaware that van we wanted to purchase was a commerical vechile. Ross went above and beyond to help us through this process and was patience and professional and made this difficult purchase a breeze for us. When we arrived to fill out paperwork the finacial person was also for helpful, professional and not once did I feel ike they were just selling us a van. Their care and personnal attention to us was again above and beyond. They are honest, upfront and transparent in everyway!! A family member is looking for an automobile and I will be calling Ross to see if he can help them find what the are looking for. Best experience buying an automobie ever!!! 10 stars
