What a great experience we had with these guys! We were looking for a 1st car for my 17yo son. Like most people I simply dread the car shopping/buying game, but Dave and Ron took all the hassle out of it. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. For a small used dealership they also have a great selection of vehicles. I feel as though we got a great car for a great price. My son loves his 1st car and I loved the hassle free transaction. I don't like used auto sales companies but these guys are true to there word & honest. If they don't have what you want in stock they will look out for what you want & try to buy it for you. I highly recommend working with this company. Great experience buying our most recent vehicle from them. I incourage everyone to start here first. It has worked for me twice!

I decided about a month ago I was ready to own a car again for the first time in years and was on a tight budget. Every other person or dealer I had dealt with for weeks were bad at communicating, trying to sell us a car with tons of problems they failed to mention, trying to scam, etc. we called Rob at Ducharme about an online listing and he answered right away. We drove from Somerville to Lowell that day and Ron chatted with us about the car we had seen as well as several others on the lot in a similar price range or models we had been looking for. Everything looked in great shape and he was very transparent about what needed to be or had been done to their inventory. They have mechanic on site too. We drove a couple cars and decided we liked one. Unlike other folks we were told not a problem we could absolutely bring it to a third party mechanic to look at it and knowing we don’t live close and didn’t currently have a vehicle he even offered to drop it off for us. The car needed very small repairs and they fixed it for us that same day. Ron was super helpful with any questions I had about not only the car but the whole buying process and me asking what I needed to get done, in what order, etc. he has been super easy to get in touch with and unlike other places I had seen cars at let me put a deposit down to hold the sale and actually sent a receipt with it and communicated that would come off the total sale price. Long story short, if you are looking for a budget friendly older used car this is definitely the place, their inventory is good, they’re friendly and communicative as well as super helpful and professional and you’re going to get a car in good shape that will be fixed and taken care of for you and you’re not going to get scammed by these dudes!
