I had an outstanding experience at Phil Smith Care Sales! They are straight forward, extremely welcoming, Knowledgeable, and treat you like family! Me and my daughter visited and without hesitation they tried to entertain her, even played with her unlike other places that may get frustrated with toddlers running around and being loud! The whole process was simple, easy and all around best service I have ever received from any dealer! I absolutely suggest this place to anyone!
DOES NOT EXSIST / PURCHASED A LEMON FROM A GUY NAMED GEORGE TRIED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT GETTING THE CAR FIXED OR MY MONEY REPLACED BUT THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS FOR 6 MONTHS AND SOMEONE ELSE OWNS THE PROPERTY.

The best experience I've had with a private dealership. James was my salesman and he was very easy to work with. Easily approachable and made my car shopping experience easy. The vehicle I was interested in needed some body work done, which they agreed to fix with no hassle and they also gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. No complaints here. If they have a vehicle you're looking for, definitely stop by and give them a look. Won't regret it!
Always politely greeted by sales. Non pushy sales. Vehicles seem a little overpriced but that may account for haggling. I prefer no haggle window sticker price. Vehicles are generally good condition but high mileage.
