The service team at Gervais Lincoln in Lowell MA is awesome! Doug and his team treat you like you are family and make the service experience a pleasure. Doug makes sure everything is working as it should and they even wash your car for you! We are a repeat customer because of the terrific level of service.

Outstanding customer service! Key, my sales associate went beyond the extra mile. I only left my bed (after a car accident) twice because he did it all. He brought the car to me for a test drive, got the inspection sticker registered the car, put on the plates and delivered a sparkling clean car with a full tank of gas to my house. I signed on the dotted line and was off in my new car. AMAZING! I got a great deal (price) on a nearly new car. I will NEVER go to another dealer. Gervais was recommended by a friend and now I highly recommend Gervais( especially Key) if you want VIP service and a great car.

This was an A+++ transaction. Vehicle was exactly as advertised and ready when I arrived to test. My agent Sovath was courteous and knowledgeable and at no point point pushed the process. They offered very easy financing and took care of all the paperwork. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

**Update: 6 years and counting. I continue to be pleased with the service department and the professionalism/friendliness of the staff.** The service staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've been taking my car there for 4+ years and my vehicle is always ready when promised. I won't take my car anywhere else.
