I had a great experience at this location. My family and I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in a long time, but I might have to make it our new pizza place. Ordering was easy and drive-thru didn't take long at all.

I don't have any issues with the items that I bought last night (01/28/2021 at around 8PM) on this branch. I ordered online using the apps and the waiting time is 15mins. I arrived in the parking lot 5 mins earlier and waited until my order is ready for pickup, I gave additional 3-5 minutes before I drive to the pickup counter.nWhen I park at the pickup counter, the staff saw me outside, but nobody opens the window. I waited and waited, after 5 mins I need to go out and knock the window, even its freezing cold in that night, there are 4 staffs inside near the counter and some further inside preparing/cooking. A lady busy with her phone, scrolling up and down just look at me and didn't do anything. I went inside the car again and waited, after like 3 mins, I knocked again, but still, they didn't do anything, they are busy talking inside. For the 3rd time I knocked, a guy from the kitchen open the window and asked my name and check my order, only then a lady took my order and gave to me! I really got upset with those ladies at the pickup counter, are they really working or what? Is there any CCTV in that area where the manager can review what they are doing at work? I will never buy from this branch!
