We visited because we really like Mediterranean food and we were in the Raleigh area. It was late in the afternoon when we arrived so no customers were in the restaurant. As we walked in none of the 4 employees greeted us and we stood looking at the menu for a good five minutes, again no offer of help or to answer any questions, we were just ignored, with the one exception of being handed a mask because I didnt have one with me.nnOnce we decided what we wanted we did have a few questions and had to ask someone to help us. They did not seem happy to help as if we were an inconvenience even though we were the only customers in the place.nnNow on to the food. The meat was cold and dried out, it had obviously been sitting for some time. The gyro was not a gyro it was simply 4 pieces of lamb on a pita, salad and tzatziki served on the side. The french fries were at least fresh because they had to make new to fill my order, but I think I got a grand total of 5 fries. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Fresh and tasty. I don’t give 5 starts because the protein size is very small. Make sure you order extra if that’s important for you.
We were in Raleigh for a medical appointment. Our home town of Boone has no Mediterranean or Greek restaurants, so I searched to see if I could find one near to my appointment. We were surprised and excited to find this hidden gem. The food was all so healthy and delicious. Even the falafel, which often soak up so much grease in other restaurants, were perfectly crispy, yet light and fluffy. Both the hummus and the walnut baklava were some of the best I have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and gracious. We plan to eat here again next time we are in town. We wish they would open one in Boone!
Food Very good. Real chicken shwarma. Would like better selection of fountain drinks.
