Excellent service from Mario!!!!!!nI usually order a personal pan pizza with a lot of special requests and every effort is made to be sure that my order is correct. The communication is professional and courteous and I am not made to feel like I'm a bother. Hands down, this is the best customer service that I have received at any Pizza Hut in NC and also across several states.
A little disappointed in this store. To start with they were short on help but was told my bread sticks would be ready in 15 minutes and to wait outside and they would deliver them to the car. It was just over 45 minutes and the bread sticks had no garlic butter or whatever they typically use on them. The seasoning wouldn't stay on the bread sticks. I buy them often in my home state and love them but not this time. Thank goodness I had a drink.
Just had my first experience with this location and Raleigh. Six Forks we had the curb-side service and while I was eating I noticed that's not the type of bread that are ordered I really love Pizza Hut's deep dish pizza anyhow the GM would not let us leave without making sure it was right and that next time she would even make a deep dish for me that Pizza Hut doesn't do it anymore it's a special order so not only did she educate me on it they help me fix the problem as well! Two big thumbs up for her she was awesome
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Pizza Hut first the lady couldn’t get my order right and when I called because the order was wrong they couldn’t do a refund excuse after excuse Sorry Sorry Sorry will never eat from this store again
Always good hot and fresh and always on time i do not have any complaints.
