I have been going to Happy + Hale pretty much weekly for the past 4 years and my go to meal is the protein bowl with greens. Great meal with 2 scoops of chicken. Since management has changed last summer, the quality and portions have gone down. Now they serve the protein bowl with half of the chicken, quality of chicken has gone down, and less greens for the same price. This was not a one time mix up of my order because the staff said there has been a change in the quantity. I have given Happy and Hale the benefit of the doubt but I no longer can. I have been willing to pay a premium for a premium bowl but not any more. If you want a long term customer to be a customer again, please go back to the quality and quantity you had before.

small portions. over-priced. salad was too saucy. smoothie was very small. chicken is gummy. better options nearby.
Food is fantastic but the online ordering wait time is so inconsistent. They need to implement some sort of bettering metering system with their online orders. My order is often ready 15 min past the time it's supposed to be at the Downton location.nnIt's great everyone has found out how good this place is, but to the managers/owners, hire some consultants to come in and fix the online ordering system so it's throughput is consistent with the throughput of the store.
If I could give zero stars I would.nAfter several complaints from customers in downtown Raleigh regarding excessive (2+ hour) delivery times, they responded by shutting down their delivery altogether. The food is good, the customer service is absolutely awful.
