This is a place where I absolutely love to go on a regular basis. It is super close to NC State's campus and has relatively cheap food that is super delicious. My go-to is Fried Rice with egg added. It is so good and I always have leftovers for the next day! There is also great customer service here and I always get my food promptly.
The food taste like they are cooking in bad oil I really hope I don't get sick. Hibachi...what do you think hibachi taste like steamed vegetables with some soy and smoke flavor... Shame I. You for serving food that is this poor quality
I honestly wish I could it negative stars. They said they closed at 3am, so I ordered my food around 12:15. So around 2am my food hasn't showed up, I called the store and no one picked up. I will never order from here again.
The only reason this place is not shut down is because it stays open later then other spots DO NOT GO HEREnLate night run and it wasn't a good one - Rice is terrible - The chicken made me run to the rest room 3 times and I paid 20 bucks for trash. The best part of this spot is the chop sticks. I feel bad for ncstate students who eat at Shanghai - Rude with terrible food ? Shanghai Express needs to be shut down or sued. My friends and I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go !!! * Please do the same *
I've been eating here since college (2005) and it's never let me down.nnOne time they forgot a vegetable pint in one of our delivery orders, and before we could even call to correct it, they had come back to deliver the missing vegetables with a couple of free drinks. Great customer service.
