Great experience on Saturday Feb 6th. I spoke with one store employee on the phone who helped me determine the correct battery for my Blink camera. I spoke with another when I entered the store who located the batteries quickly . Both employees were knowledgeable, quick but most of all very friendly and professional.nKudos to both gentlemen. I watched several other patrons come in who were treated as I was. The staff even went outside to assure the correct item was bought for a patron that was ahead of me.nThanks guys. Retail customer service is ALIVE and well.

In the past 2 weeks I have had nothing but horrible experiences calling and emailing major us companies. Hung up on, no response to emails on hold 45 minutes and then hung up on. Not so with batteries plus! Called, not put on hold, and talked to a knowledgeable person. He went to another store, got my battery and returned it to the store I needed. Went there and done in 10 minutes. They followed covid guidelines perfectly! GREAT job to the staff there. They deserve a bonus!

I made an appointment for a specific time but once I arrived I was told it would be about 45 minutes before my battery replacement would be completed. I somewhat understand but I was told it might take about 15 minutes. I'm sure the reason I was told 45 minutes once I arrived was due to the technician working on an iPad. Overall, good service! Front desk employee was cordial and helpful. It was good to have a retail store that could replace my phone battery that very day, rather than having to wait more than a week to get one replaced at Best Buy or possibly even longer at the Apple store.
