Took my car in for what I thought was bearing or CV issue. Turns out just loose lug nuts. Mechanic was nice enough to tighten all of them free of charge. Good people!

This was the worst auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with in my life. This is not emotional this is only facts. I was referred to them by a car dealership that I bought a used car from and they were supposed to fix the back cover of my steering wheel. Instead of fixing it correctly they put it back on incorrectly thinking that I would not noticed. When I called and they said that they had to replace the covering, mind you this was since December. It went from we can’t find the parts, but we will keep looking to bring your car in and will get it fixed. I still have no cover on the back of my steering wheel and it’s February. They had my car for two weeks with no calls or updates on what was happening. Every time I called I would get the same thing, we're still looking. If I called more than three times their magic jack number would mysteriously disconnect. I finally had to go pick up my car because I had to work. I was told to give them a couple of days and they would call me back with an update, this has been since January and it’s almost ending of February and I still haven’t gotten a call from them. They don’t call back, they don’t give you updates and it’s always a waiting game. I will never work with them again is well as the car dealership who referred me to them, because their a reflection of how they do business. I now have to go through my other auto repair shop to help me.This was ridiculous...

The team at City Autoworks is extremely professional and more than willing to take the time to walk you through the cause and repair. I had an oil leak and they were able to diagnose and fix it in no time.nnI will definitely be returning.
