Absolutely wonderful little coffee house across the street from NCSU. Lots of options (hot and cold) for a nice strong brew. Extensive tea menu! The house-baked treats are always a win, too. Very friendly employees that are always fun to talk to and make great suggestions on those days you just don't know what to get. A weekly visit has become ritual for me, and I'm can't recommend it enough!
High quality, always great. Organic local cow's milk, freshly made coconut milk and almond milk. I visit Global Village often.
Used to be a nice place, but they've gone way overboard on the pandemic theater -- almost as much as Cup-a-Joe down the street. No cash, no condiments, most tables off limits, and the place smells like a hospital. (Apparently, they actually expect people to put their masks on in between sips.) I really enjoyed my visit as the drinks and food were awesome, the atmosphere is chill, the owner and staff are very friendly, and it was also refreshing to see them reinforce mask wearing for all of the guests.
Very friendly staff. Probably one of the best cafes in Raleigh. Recommend the latte and cappuccino.
