$8 iced coffee that doesn’t even taste good. I’d recommend walking an extra block to Black & White to save your money and tastebuds. Seems like they care more about the look of the place than the actual coffee or food.

Terrible experience. Went in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon for a cocktail at their sidewalk tables... they told us they couldn’t serve cocktails. So we asked for sake.... they can’t serve sake. So we asked what they CAN serve. “Beer and wine only”. We ordered a draft beer... none of the taps work. We left with nothing.nnI suggest they redo their paper menus to reflect what they actually offer.

Horrible service and product. I ordered the exact same coffee from the same employee twice and got a different coffee the second time. I was looking forward to drinking the same EXACT coffee (which was supposed to be full and had milk), and I got a HALF FULL!!!!! BITTER!!! cup of disgusting coffee. Horrible presentation. I already was away from the store and couldn’t complain so I wasted 3 WHOLE DOLLARS on a HALF FULL PLASTIC CUP which I immediately threw away. Never coming back. I’d rather go to Starbucks or McDonalds to get some good coffee rather than this mess of a business. Get it together.

Espresso shot was smooth and properly pulled, the fried chicken and the egg and cheese biscuit sandwich were both great too. Zac was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This place is too cool. Right in downtown Raleigh, this is one of my favorite places to study. The only downside is that a lot of other people love it too, so don't go at busy times so that you can get a table. The people are also super nice there. It's honestly such a cool looking place, just go check it out.
