Great service

I give it two ⭐️⭐️ stars because it is convenient I got to give it that But that’s it as far is the man who is managing that place very rude To his elderly customers I’ve noticed it’s a little too stuck up like he thinks he’s better than everybody otherwise I won’t go back until he’s gone.

Horrible customer service. They will not printed coupons and make their customers feel like they are begging for assistance.

Well i had purchased some items at a different family dollar store and the coupons didnt work on some of the items and i didnt notice until after i left so pulled into the nearest family dollar to return the couple items and was told in a rude manor by the assistant manager that they cannot return anything from a different store which is the first time i ever heard of that. So u pull up the corporate return policy and show her where it specifically says that items can be returned to ANY FAMILY DOLLAR STORE WITHIN 30 DAYS. She laughes at me and told me that she can care less what the policy says because her mananger makes up the rules. I told her id be giving corporate a call and she laughed again and said go right ahead. For being an assistant manager she was not professional and acted very immature if you ask me. I mean whats the big deal i had my receipt so it shouldnt have been a problem at all!!!

Very clean and all employees for the exception of one by the name of Joe. Before leaving I inquired about phones and Netflix gift cards. Well these were not his expertise. I can understand that however I thanked him for allowing me to browse the store without purchasing any items because I don't get paid until Saturday. Well when exiting the alarm went off, I was told by Joe I have caused the alarm to go off and I have to be searched. I responded no problem. The lady cashier had me take everything out of my bag's "she was so kind and professional I wish I had her name. Very sweet lady " Something just set it off I guess. She wished me a very nice day and invited me back on Saturday. I said my goodbyes to all even Joe "by name". He replied with a humph and a snort. Not one word.
