I was under the impression my taxes were done on 7/16/20 and I called this week to realize they never got filed. I felt very stupid to find out that I was waiting for a refund that was never going to come. I did eventually call and was helped very quickly.

Not happy with the service at all. I get it’s COVID but no need to have an attitude. I needed one thing and the lady who sits directly behind the reception desk made me wait till she finished doing someone’s taxes. I vividly remember her getting up to help people when I was having her do mine last year. I would’t recommend them to a friend.
