This restaurant is a local favorite of mine. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Their website is simple and efficient. They have a decently sized menu, with a pretty good amount of variety, although variety isn’t very important when you eat here because you’re almost guaranteed to like anything you try a bite of. They have a larger variety of toppings than most of your everyday pizza parlors and multiple different styles of pizza. Whether you’re dining in, picking up, getting delivery, or coming in just to grab a slice and go about your day, your order is always completed properly & quickly.

I ordered tonight. I should have gone with papa johns. At least theirs is hot! This pizza was cold and had been made a while ago and had very little taste. Very few pepperonis also. The garlic knots were cold and no flavor. I had to reheat to even taste! It took almost an hour to get the pizza so you would think it would be hot! I live about 5 mins (with heavy traffic) from this place. No more orders from me!

Unfortunately, I have to rate this location a 1 star. I ordered on 3 separate occasions and each time, the pizza wasn’t fresh and not made well. It’s a shame really. I used to order pizza from them at their Cary locations for years and it was really good, even reminded me of real pizza in NY. The first time, the pizza was cold. The second time the pizza didn’t taste fresh. it tasted like it was sitting out for a while. Today’s order was supposed to be an XL pizza. when I got home, it looked like a large and very thin. not supposed to be thin like that. The pizza wasn’t evenly and proportionately cut all the way through. I gave them 3 tries, no more. i’ll stick to another pizza place as usual. I know it’s not NY, this is NC but if you’re going to hold the name NY Pizza, at least put some effort into it. What happened? it was great back in the day, now at this Holly Springs location, not so much.

This is a gem. Family owned, great service, and awesome NY style pizza. Fast, well-priced, and on-time. Calzones are crisp on the outside, and perfectly melty in the middle.
