We had pie delivered that was not quite as done as well like on Sunday. The flavors were on point, but it needed a little more oven time. Jeff, the wonderful manager, called us personally on Tuesday to apologize and offer us a credit for another pie. His kindness and willingness to make things right was a much needed surprise and made our days! Thank you!

The manager working tonight and the driver were both angels...nFirst pizza was uncooked in the center and our 2 liter was forgotten, driver came back to deliver our 2 liter, and then back again to bring us a perfectly cooked pizza, AND the manager even threw in a dessert, AND a credit for the whole thing on our account... Did I mention it was right before close too? Excellent manager on duty and super sweet driver, thank you both so much...nThey definitely do NOT deserve all these bad reviews!!!

I had tried to call Pizza Hut in Fuquay Varina to deliver to my location (being only 2.5 miles away) and they told me that it wouldn’t be able to deliver to my address. I then called the Holly Springs location, and though our address was not in the system, Bobby made sure to take the extra time to get me a delivery order. I am in quarantine and wanted to have a stuffed crust pizza, but had no way to leave the house. She made sure to give me exceptional service and made my day by just being kind and helpful. I may not be able to get a delivery in the future due to the weird address that I have, but will continue to go to this location for my future cravings for specific pizza. I can’t thank her enough, she made my day by just giving exceptional service. As a past Pizza Hut Employee, I can say in full confidence that she is incredible at customer service and deserves a raise. The management there has done an amazing job in training, and will continue to have my business.

We got the Cajun dry rub wings and they are as good as any bar. The pan pizza was cooked perfectly (not greasy) and the service at the window was great. We will definitely visit again soon.

I just got a pizza from the hut, pizza looked good and tasted good but wasn't hot at all. I'm confused how it got so cold because it was delivered quickly.
