Have been going to Vanessa for over 10 years and she always has me leaving the salon happy. The salon is lucky to have her! She's outstanding with color techniques and current trends. Highly recommended. The salon is dippy and out-of-date. The ugly paint colors leave me feeling like I'm in a cheap salon; they are not calming ( as you'd like to feel when you're there for several hours) nor sophisticated like some of the styles you see walking out of the salon. It would be nice to finally have the paint updated. Also, the corporate software needs updates to better serve clients and to allow staff to practice excellent customer service. Seems decades behind when it comes to returns and contacting clients when appointments cannot be kept. 5 stars to Vanessa, 2 stars to the physical facility and ability of employees to provide minimal customer service. Update: Was supposed to be paid for that positive review of Vanessa and never was...left the shop that day and never returned, not in over two years!
Came here for the first time today and I will definitely be back! Nina did my hair and I love it. Cut and color are perfect. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning. You can tell the employees work well together. Cleanliness is also important to me. They follow their mask and covid procedures really well. I highly recommend!!!
I love this place and have been regularly doing my haircuts, highlights and coloring with Maria for the last 5 years. She is amazing. Always listens to what I need to be done and lately it just comes to a phrase when I come: “You know what I want, and you know how to do it. I trust you!” Every time I leave the place I feel like so confident and see the great job done to make me feel happy! Our whole family does hair with Maria and we are so happy to have her so close by. Also, would like to mention the price is always very reasonable. I really come there to enjoy the Fantastic experience! Will be back soon!
Nina did a wonderful job on my side and undercut. I hadn't had my hair cut since before quarantine started, so my hair was a mess. She understood what I wanted quickly and had me out in about half an hour very happy with the result. I thought my sides looked a little uneven at first but she was happy to make sure we got it fixed up the way I wanted it. She put up with me being a chatterbox and showing her pictures of my 19 month old, very nice lady. Price was a great value too. My usual stylist would have charged me 4 times as much. 10 out of 10 would come again. I'd post pics, but I can't figure out how.
My first then there and very impressed! Very clean! Kayla did an amazing job on my hair. It was so relaxing I started to fall asleep. She did exactly what I wanted and actually more!
