Firestone Complete Auto Care

I am very happy with my service at Firestone. The mechanic explained, in detail, all that was wrong with my vehicle and how it needed to be fixed. I felt confident in their diagnosis (I've had many car problems over the years so I usually have a good idea of what is wrong and if someone is trying to take advantage). The mechanic even showed me pictures of the pat that needed to be replaced and told me how it worked! I brought my car in during their President's Day sale when they were having their 10% off service promotion and I didn't have to bring in a coupon for the discount, they just automatically applied it. This made me feel like they really cared about it. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

A good place to go in for all of your car or truck tire needs. Their tire selection and service are pretty good. It is also a fine place to take your vehicle in for routine maintenance once it is out of warranty or you just do not like going back to your car dealership's high priced service department.

Have been to them twice, both times they were very helpful and answered all my questions including showing me so I know what to look for. We moved out here a yr ago and have not found a place we can trust, HS Firestone has earned a new customer. Their Friendly and honest with both the good and the bad news, I strongly recommend them.

These are the tires that are ‘extremely dangerous to drive on’ that they tried to up-sell me on with a simple oil change. I made sure to include a picture with the wear bar that is way below the tread. Sucks - because I paid for lifetime alignment, but I’ll cut my losses.
