The food is great. Nonetheless, customer service is very lacking as well as awareness of hygiene.nThe girls are not trained to understand that they should not let their fingers go inside the cups when prepping or transporting.nAlso they don't prepare the food on fist come first serve basis. I waited 15 minutes for my shake and bowl and two other people who ordered after me got their food before me. They should have a system rather than everyone running around trying to guess who is making what.nI think they just find the next warm body 0and stick them there because they are short staffed.nIf they took the time to train the staff on hand hygiene and food handling and developed a system where the orders are lined up and taken care of as they come rather than everyone holding a paper and setting it at random they would nor mess up client's orders.nThey messed up.mine but I just took it because after waiting 15 minutes...and it wasn't busy. Just no training with 4 people not knowing what to do next.

Have been to Sweet berry and enjoy their food. Called 10 minutes before they closed at 7 pm to place an order when only a few minutes away so that they could have our order earlier since it was close to closing time. I was informed that they stop making wraps and poke bowls 15 minutes before they close so that they can clean up. How disappointing. If you are open then your whole menu should be avaipable. Poor customer service!

I've never been inside but I love their bowls. One of the tastiest sweet spots around IMO, even sweeter to me bc I know it's mostly healthy.

I love this place!!! They have a good size bowl and the Acai is one of the better ones I have had. I love that you can make a custom bowl! They also have so many healthy options.

UPDATE: Apparently after posting this review, the owner called me with a disgusting, condescending attitude.nSo I got a call back for a review vs my order being incorrect. WOW!!nnHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!nnOrdered delivery, and received the wrong order and was told there was nothing that can be done about it. Paid $30 for the WORST MEAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
