HI everyone! I would share my experience with the company and a worker!nThe Fenix Parts company is very unreliable and unprofessional company! Never work with that company. I highly not recommend it!nI live in Charlotte NC, and 2 days ago I bought a seat for my Ford Explorer 2013 in the company.nI asked (verbally and by chat) many times Blake (sales agent) what I need: electric seat, with tan leather, heater and cooler in good A condition as described on the site car-part.comnHe said: yes we have one, everything is here and in perfect conditions. I paid money and asked him again on e-mail and by phone more than 4 times: (the seat should have electric, tan leather, heater and cooler) cause I'm living in Charlotte NC and I have to spend 4 hours to PU that seat. He doesn't want to deliver it to me in Charlotte cause I don't have a body shop (it is strange too).nHe called me yesterday that the seat was ready for PU, I asked him again: the seat is mine? with all options what I need: heater, cooler, tan leather, and electric? He said: Yes.nToday, my dad drove 2 hours in one way to PU that seat, and what they prepared for me: leather tan seat, and nothing more from my description!nNo electric, NO heater, NO cooler, and instead of A condition it is a piece of sh... After 524,000 miles I needed a motor for my Toyota Rav4. I was going to go online to search for a motor but they guy who I hired to install it suggest Butler's. He said that he had installed many motors from Butler and they were all good motors at a good price. I call and spoke with Skip and they had a motor that had just arrived with low mileage. I bought it.nThe guy installed the motor and it's has been running great. Skip was very professional, answered all my questions and when I called to asking if they had a blower motor for my heater/ac, they didn't but he went online and found one for me! Butler's should be first number you call for parts!
