Simple mount and balance 3 tires that I purchased online. Destroyed one of my factory rims with the tire changing machine, had the nerve to lie to my face and not own up to, said it was like that already most likely by me hitting something. Such attention to detail they put mismatched valve stem caps back on it, ones that didn't even come off my vehicle. Family and friends have taken their business there for years and years. **Edit, I returned to the shop and the manager apparently agreed that their machine must have done the damage, he took a photo and has stated he will discuss it with a guy he has that repairs wheels and will see what he thinks might can be done. Upgrading my review contingent on the resolution ***

Poor communication between workers and office employees. Was told 15-20 min. Wait time to get 4 tires installed and balanced. Ended up waiting over an hour because they did not inform the workers i was up next. Finally after they installed the tires and the car was ready, nobody cared to tell me the car was waiting outside in the parking lot. Will Not Return!

I have a customer for years. They have lower prices, and better service than any other tire company around. When I spend nearly a thousand dollars for pick tires, I often check prices. Claybrook beats the competition, and get tires not stocked even at dealerships.
