A little disappointed. I ordered a t-shirt waited over a month just to get the shirt that my son didn't pick, and then paid $100 dlls for announcements just to get them in a ziploc bag smh. Good thing I wont be needing their services anymore.

Paid over $900 for two letterman jackets and was told they would be ready in 6-8 weeks. It has been 5 months and they can't give me any information on when the jackets are going to arrive and they don't seem to care since they already got their money. Do not use this place unless you want issues.

Sorry but this place sucks. I took my pictures in October and they didnt come out that great, I probably could've done a better job myself. It's about to be May and I still haven't gotten my package no matter how many times I've gone in and was promised to be done in "a week" I wouldn't recommend unless you wanna wait FOREVER. I call to check in my photos and they NEVER answer the phone, they don't care as long as they get their money people Goodluck.

Bad bad bad experience. Didn't have my daughter's hoodie when they were supposed to. They don't have regular business hours and we could never get there when they said they would be open. Went multiple times and they were not open. We finally gave up and accepted we would never get the hoodie.
