Walmart Auto Care Centers

Very quick service!! I was expecting several hours for the service. Took just a bit over an hour, exceeded my expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!

This place is horrible. I went there today 01/01/18 just to get a oil change and tire rotation. It took them 3hrs and broke 2 studs on my rear right tire. They told me that one was broke and the other was missing when I got there (which is a total lie). They told me to go and find someone to fix it. After arriving a Mr. Tire in roxboro they found another cross threaded stud. I will definitely never be back.

Roxboro is a small growing town you came in built a super store to replace the smaller one you had here then kept the same hours. Why don't you creat more jobs in my town. The town of Erwin is smaller then Roxboro & their store is 24 HRS. Why can't our walmart?

Shop holds its own hours don't go off what the sign says it said open to 7 and we stop to get our oil change they said they are closed with people standing around.

Very friendly and even called me over the pa system when they had some concerns.
