The quality of work they did on my car was fantastic, and their customer service is unmatched. I had to get one of my doors replaced, and they were incredibly thorough in fixing and checking it, and were great at explaining every part of the repair process to me. Generally just really pleasant and hard working people :)

Elite’s integrity, honesty, and support made an extremely stressful situation much easier. When I first called and told Kevin we had been in an accident, his first question was if everyone was okay. After gathering some initial information, he offered to check out the damage on our vehicle from pictures so we wouldn’t spend money towing without an estimate. When the damage clearly outweighed the value of the car, he was honest and upfront and gave useful suggestions about other options we should consider. In every communication he was patient and provided clear, useful explanations. Though we ultimately didn’t have any work done by Elite, I highly recommend them based on the way they treat their customers. Thank you for your guidance and support!
