I just called to place an order. It was almost 11:30 pm. They don’t close until midnight. The first time I called it rang a couple times and they hung it up. I called right back and he answered. I asked about ordering. He said technically they are open but it does take them time to clean up. I said,”so I can’t order?” He said well you can but if you want to be curtious...then? Apparently they need to change their hours if their employees don’t want to take orders and work a minute after!

I will be calling to speak to the manager / owner in the morning. I ordered a Detroit pizza and 2 chocolate brownies. I recieved a coupon for a free pizza due to extended delay of delivery, when I got my order I was missing a brownie, the driver said he would bring one back. Upon opening the order I got the pepperoni pizza, but I got a cookie not the 2 brownies I ordered. Called the store and was told they did not have brownies... they did not call to explain the issue or asked if we wanted something different, they just decided to send cookies. I am extremely disappointed with this store.

So designated parking spots for Pizza Hut curbside would be nice. The food was good. Love the mini cinnabons.

This has been the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with. All of the following have happened on our orders: Frozen crust bought from Food Lion, didn’t inform us they were out of hand-tossed. Making the wrong pizza. Not having any Pepsi or cherry Pepsi. It just seems that every time we order there’s something incorrect. Staff is friendly, but the way this store is managed is apparently lacking. Can’t say I’d recommend, because you never know what you’re going to get.
