Amazing customer service. Great pizza. I was drunk & it really hit the spot ! I was having fun at Carolina beach boardwalk drinking & decided to get pizza ud83cudf55 they’re always open late which is super convenient. Even despite covid. They’re the real mvp. Asked for ranch & Parmesan, and the worker gave me way extra!!
rating again, always consistent unlike most the high ranked pizza places in town. always fast, hot and a well made pizza, cant beat the deals. my hats off to Christopher, he did a shift alone recently answering phones, prepping, and taking online orders and still came through.
Ordered around 5 yesterday....the two gentlemen were super courteous and helpful. Both were wearing their masks....food was awesome!

9:20 pm – Ordered pizza.nn10:30 pm – No pizza, called them, was told it was being delivered.nn11:15 pm – Still no pizza, called them again, was told they had run out of hand-tossed crust and had called everyone to tell them, and I must not have answered my phone (they didn’t call me). Then she set the phone down and said in the background “I’m gonna hang up on this m-fer!”. She eventually came back to the phone and offered to refund my money. I told her I just wanted pizza, and she said they could do thin crust, and I said ok, and she said 20-30 minutes and slammed the phone down. I’m just a dude that wanted a pizza man. wtaf?nn11:34 – Less-than-desired thin-crust pizza delivered.nnI don’t know what’s going on at this franchise, but they are clearly overwhelmed and/or have lost any concept of customer service. Corporate needs to take a hard look at them, if they haven’t already. I can’t be the first.
