First got here and was mad because the lobby was closed at 8:45 but spoke with the manager and she explained it was due to short staff and she said they were trying really hard but it's been tough lately but said it was no problem to walk through the drive through (I live on the island and don't normally drive). Their customer service has done a total 180 from last year. She and her staff were very polite and professional and try to rectify the situation on the spot. Ashley was amazing in the drive thru window. She took the time to listen to our order and did not interrupt us while we were ordering. We have 4 kids that are always eating McDonald's. We definitely notice great, friendly customer service and Ashley definitely made our experience enjoyable.

First time stopping here in 3 years. Picked up a Mcmuffin for my wife and I had a egg and cheese biscuit. My biscuit was hard, with the top very crispy. This biscuit seem like it was a day old, left under a heat lamp several hours. This is inexcusable since McDonald's suppose to better than this.

McD's can be hit or miss at any given moment but on this cold night at 9:45 with gale force winds they were hitting on all cylinders with my order. Server, friendly, told me the fries would be a couple of minutes but that translates to the freshest. By then the Mcdouble and nuggets were ready, making the trip a desired quick one. The were well staffed and doing as lot of curbside pickup. I ordered inside without technology. I almost drove 7 miles because of the ratings so glad I took the chance.

We sat in the drive thru for a good bit the reason we don't know 15 minutes at least
