I went to this CVS store recently to buy batteries and vitamins. This CVS location is pretty generic, like any other cookie cutter CVS store. The staff seemed reasonably helpful and the store was clean. The prices were high and they use way too much paper for their receipts.

The most rude cvs I've ever called. Like they were upset they needed to help. Crazy....

Super small store but they are helpful and parking is good.

Mary the pharmacy tech, actually scratch that, all of the pharmacy technicians, hell AND the pharmacists are the most disrespectful, ignorant human beings I’ve ever come across. As a type one diabetic, I had used the CVS in Chelmsford in Chelmsford st for 21 years until unfortunately, they closed. I moved to westford around the same time so I switched to the westford pharmacy. I have never been more disgusted in my life. They are all SO rude, so in compassionate, so mean and they do not give a s*** about their patients/customers. If I could give this pharmacy and store as a whole zero stars, I would without thinking twice. The worst part is the pharmacists watch their employees (the pharmacy techs) blatantly disrespect the customers/patients and don’t do a damn thing about it. I found that absolutely disgusting. That was until I had a conversation WITH the pharmacist regarding a prescription of mine and realized that she was no different. Rude, was not willing to educate me never mind reassuring me about the concerns I had about taking the prescribed medication. There is ONE pharmacist there (and I wish I knew her name) who is thoughtful and kind but sadly, that’s it. It took me about 2 years to finally switch to the Littleton Cvs (amazing customer service and extremely friendly staff) because I thought, there must be one normal employee of authority around here that will surely terminate these a-hole employees, especially a company as large and well known as cvs. However, as I said above, it’s been two years and it’s still the same horrid human beings. Mary in particular, is beyond rude. Anytime I questioned why my copay was so high (because again, I’ve had diabetes for 22 years and I’m familiar with the round about cost of my medications after insurance) she gives me the biggest attitude and talks to me like I’m a 3 year old who is incapable of possibly comprehending what she has to say. She talks to you like you know absolutely nothing and that because that is her job, that she must be right. I’ve had to call tufts numerous times and have someone from THEIR DEPARTMENT tell her that either she, or her system were wrong with the copay amount. She is so set on being right that when she is not, or god forbid you question her, she is beyond rude and disrespectful. I wish someone of higher authority could come into this store and fire every single pharmacy employee, because something needs to change. If not, just shut this whole entire store down in it’s entirety because this, is the worst cvs I have ever used in my life, and I’ve been to quite a few through out my time with this disease. End rant. Oh. Avoid this fricken store at all possible cost.

ZERO STARS if I could... waited in the pick up line with my infant and toddler (I.e. limited amount of time to deal with much of anything), already had the prescription in so I didn’t need to wait at the drop off line. Waited for about six minutes while a young brunette clerk (old enough to know better) to finish with an elderly man picking up his Rx. When I got to the counter I told her I was picking up an Rx they already had on file which she then replied that I needed to go wait at the other “drop off” line. When I began to tell her that I wasn’t dropping off she ignored me and darted out of the pharmacy to what I assume was her break (but not before taking food orders for the other pharmacy workers). All of this was done in front of the pharmacist and two other (female) clerks all of whom oogled and googled over my kids cuteness, but then couldn’t be bothered to help me in any way... Apparently this is normal customer service for them so much so that no one so much as batted an eye at the other clerk taking off while I went to continue my wait. I waited for the “drop off” clerk for another 5ish minutes before my “toddler clock” and “infant clock” ran out and we left the store without my needed Rx. I called the store on my way home where the woman who answered the phone told me the manager was gone for the day but I could hold for the pharmacist... no thanks. This is the final straw with this store, so many dismissive clerks and workers over a handful or more of past experiences.
