Waited in like for 30 minutes to just tell them I had placed an order on the app. Then had to wait some more and the woman at the window was rude. I thought this was a fluke so when I passed back through the area after hours and hours of driving I was very disappointed to wait another almost 30 mins to get to the speaker where there was a sign posted saying that my order needed to be placed at the window. This little gem of a note should have been posted BEFORE you get up to the speaker. My self and others pulled away and went to Wendy's around the corner. Corporate definitely needs to step in here and restaff or retrain.

I know we're in the middle of a pandemic and that good help us hard to find, but over the course of the last year, this particular McDonald's has gone downhill. Now there is absolutely Nothing wrong with the food. This is solely regarding the service. If you go inside, you have to wait no less than an average of 10 mins before you're even greater, let alone waited on. I typically use the kiosk to avoid this. But then every single time, there is something missing from my order. So Always check your bag before leaving. There are some regular staff that are courteous and quick to acknowledge, but it seems that the majority of the staff are new with an extremely high turnover rate. Sadly I still go here frequently bc this is one of my kids favorite places to eat. Hopefully after the pandemic, things will improve.

McDonald's is uptodate with quick service if you're looking to get in and out real quick, hands down fastest drive through in town. I spend on average 5-10 minutes compaired to 15-25 minutes at Wendy's and 35-45 minutes at Bojangles drive through during peak hours.
