Listed a trailer on Internet for $1750.00, but it had been gone off the lot for 8 weeks, according to salesman . Still on the internet now. Just wants to get people in the door. Very dishonest. Something wrong with every trailer on the lot we were looking at. Sales person was not helpful and had no customer service. Every question we asked about the trailer he laughed about and had some excuse. No customer service at all. Told us one price and when we got to the paperwork it was $100.00 more. Finally, after asking to see the owner 3 times he came out and was just as unfriendly and unwilling to talk, again no customer service. The owner said to us “guess y’all came all this way for nothing “. Part of customer service is being honest to people. BEWARE. Not honest or helpful at all.

I have been able to get and get out exceptionally fast... They have great prices on Gravel and load it for you on the spot and have a weight scale to weigh in how much gravel you got as well as have really amazing quality products inside such as mowers, weedeaters, chainsaws, and many other tools and equipment needs for heavy duty jobs with fair prices. Not to mention the service provided on site is exceptionally superior to other places I've shopped at.

I purchased an Artic Cat Prowler from Steve. I found him very pleasant and knowledgeable. In and out quickly and I felt comfortable with the price and the buying process. A week later, I tried to contact him 3 times about purchasing some bumpers for it. He never responded whatsoever. I feel like the sale is the only thing he is after and if he won't call me back for accessories , I can only imagine the level of service I will receive when I need warranty work or routine maintenance . Very disappointed because I felt he actually cared about servicing the customer. I am in the customer service business myself and I can't imagine not calling someone back that just paid a lot of money to me, that wanted to make additional purchases.
