I was about 3 hours into a 5 hour road trip when I was passing through Franklin when my gears wouldn't shift and I started smelling burning rubber. I took my car to New Life to check it out. They quickly checked out my car and luckily didn't find anything wrong with it. The whole process took only 20-30 minutes and didn't even charge me. They were friendly, worked quickly and even used mud mats and plastic seat covers to protect my interior. We were so grateful to be back on the road quickly and with confidence that my car was all good. If I lived in Franklin, this would definitely be my go-to mechanic. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if more staff member were wearing masks.

The staff at NLA is exceptionally courteous & very customer focused. It’s a local, family owned business which I’m proud to support. They take great care in making certain their work is done properly, with quality parts & skilled labor. The friendly, easy atmosphere & thorough communication between them & you makes for an all around excellent experience. You don’t have to worry about your vehicle, they’ll take great care of it & you!
