The gentleman that helped me had a pleasant attitude and was very knowledgeable. When I came back to settle up, coupons were already applied. He was very professional even when busy with multiple customers. Overall a great experience! Prices could be better but the work was a1.

We were within 15 minutes of our Franklin exit when our car started sputtering and stalling and the check engine lights came on. It was pouring the rain our entire trip from Kentucky. We barely made it to our hotel right next door to Meineke. We called them the next morning and spoke to Justin and they took us right away. Come to find out it was because of all the rain. Water had gotten up into our air filter and motor. This was an easy and quick fix. Justin called us before they did any repairs and told us what was wrong. We asked him to fix it and also do a travel check where they checked everything and topped off fluids. The whole thing cost us about $50. Thank you so much for saving our lives and providing exceptional service, friendliness, and fast service and for being reasonably priced! First time using them and I was very impressed! The customer service was great, and their communication superb. My car was having some breaking issues and they let me know their findings before working on it. They even showed me the parts they replaced! Highly recommend.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. This was my first time there and I was very impressed. I was using another auto shop and everytime I called to see if they were able to do an oil change they told me no because they were short staffed or full for the day so I remembered getting a advertisement in the mail for the Franklin Meineke #2042 and they fit me right in. I will recommend them to everyone I can.
