Franklin RV Park & Campground

It was great while it lasted. We had an emergency and had to leave. Our dad had a stroke and passed away. Rick, not the owner would not even give one days refund according to Rick. Rick and his wife were very kind and super helpful. However, we wanted you to be aware of the owners business ethics and policy for emergency refunds.

Quaint little campground. Quiet and very clean. Beautiful landscaping and meeting gazebo with huge fire place!!Rick and Mary Lou are amazing hosts. Easy access to Franklin and back to Georgia!!

I never knew RV life could be so neighborly. Rick who runs the ground is awesome accommodating and on his a game! Super quiet at night And has all the feels of being in the country while your 5 minutes from downtown. Thank you for the accommodation.

Great rv park that is very clean and well managed. The campground host, Rick, has to be the hardest working host I've ever seen. He is non stop cleaning and keeping the park looking perfect. Very convenient to Franklin and restaurants.

This is our first stay at this site & it is by far one of the best parks I have had the pleasure of staying in! Like anyone else that visits this area, we come for the beauty of the hills & the central location to major tourist destinations.nWe have friends that reside in Franklin in the summer so we have been to the area several times but never stayed here. With that being said after arriving at Franklin RV Park we were blown away at it’s natural beauty & abundance of landscaping & amenities. So rather than run around with all the “pandemic” craziness going, we just chilled & enjoyed the surroundings & visiting with friends. We will definitely return! Oh and by the way the park is for sale. The owner needs to return home for family reasons.
