I paid 14.95 for two coffees that taste like hot water. Next time I’ll warm up some water myself.
Drove 10 minutes to get here and arrived 30 mins before closing time on app. They told me they were closed and when I asked why it showed open on the app they started yelling at me saying they had people call out and they were trainees. I understand stuff happens, and occasionally locations have to shut down, but they should be able to show they are closed on the app so that people do not drive out of their way and at the very least there is no need for team members to yell at customers. Thankfully, there was a McDonalds nearby that was much more open and much more pleasant.
Peppermint Hot chocolate wasn't very pepperminty or hot. Had good chocolate flavor though.
I go everyday and we are all on the same wave and first name basis.. I couldn't function if I didn't have my Starbucks nad they make it good everytime. I love all my girls there
